We are confident that you are going to love your new design that we back our designs and programming 100%. If you are not happy with any aspect of our design, programming or graphics, we will keep working until you are satisfied (as long as the changes are resonable and remain within your budget) or we will refund your money. In the event you are not happy with the quality of the work produced , or we are not capable of completing your job in a timely fashion, your deposit will be fully refunded. If you are not serious about your design please notify us immediately. In the event that you do not want to proceed with your business plans or you wish to change the direction of your business and no longer are in need of the design you agreed upon, you will forfeit your deposit.

If No work has been started on your project you will be entitled to a 100% refund of your deposit. If we have completed more then 60% of your design, and you decided to cancel you will forfeit your deposit.

Once agreed upon the design process will be initiated. The Client agrees not to demand any unreasonable changes be made to the agreed up final design. Such changes can be inordinately time consuming, and the Client therefore agrees to pay an additional $65 per hour to effectuate them.

Project Initiation & Completion Date: Webmax Solutions and the Client must work together to complete the Web Design Project in a timely manner. To ensure this, the following must be agreed upon and adhered to by Webmax Solutions and the Client.

In the event we are creating something you designed and you decided to cancel you will be responsible for any cost associated with putting that design together including graphic design.

*The most successful design are the ones we design. If you wish to design your project and decide to cancel because you do not like your design you will be doing it at your expense. We will not be held responsible for your design decisions.
